I. COURSE DESCRIPTION
The School of Financial Transformation is a not for profit organization. Its course is a practical course based on the bible, designed to introduce the basics elements of personal finances that most people will not learn in school. These elements, if learned, are taught in households and passed from generation to generation. The instructors, all experts in their respective fields, provide easy-to-comprehend knowledge on various topics including credit, savings, debt elimination, wills, insurance and trust funds. The instructors of the course will also highlight a number of techniques that will inform enrolled students on wealth building techniques. If time is left at the end of the course, we will introduce methods of transferring wealth to your descendants.
The SOFT Program is your obvious solution to FORECLOSURE. II. OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE 


The purpose of this course is to provide a formula for budgeting that is easy to grasp so that our clients can not only understand it, but teach it to others as well. It also provides support for individuals who find themselves in loans that they are either not qualified for or have, for whatever reason, forfeited their qualifications. 
To ensure the successful transformation of all of our clients we attempt to ensure that they receive a credit score of 660 after completing our program; set a goal for themselves to reach a credit score 700; adopt the process of debt elimination so that they can give more; have insight on wealth building techniques; and are able to grasp the entrepreneurial spirit within them.
Upon completion of the course our clients will:


• Have a full understanding of personal credit, credit scores, interests rates, and debt ratio


• Understand the importance of a will and an insurance policy and to have one in place


• Be fully aware of their budget in order to make wise spending choices


• Receive excellent rates when making large purchases (ie. cars and houses)


• Know what it takes for them to be a better investor


• Look good on paper financially


• Have a spiritual renewal and release financial generational curses

IV. INSTRUCTIONAL METHODS


The instructional methods will involve a combination of reading assignments, lectures, and discussions. Some visual means will be also attempted to illustrate the contents of the course, such as pictures, tables, charts and transparencies. Questions are especially encouraged concerning the readings and other relevant materials. The course will emphasize both written and verbal presentations. In addition, class members are expected to fully participate in class discussion, group exercises and case analyses. The class will be a combination of lecture and coverage of assigned course readings, group discussion of case studies and scenarios, presentations by students, and guest presentations.




V. COURSE REQUIREMENTS


Students are required to attend class regularly and to prepare for each class by reading the scheduled assignment. Course lectures will follow the reading assignments closely but will expand on some portions of the material and clarify others.



• Reading Assignments: Each student must purchase the text listed above. Other material will be on reserve at the discretion of the instructor. At each class meeting, the student should be prepared thoroughly to discuss/ analyze the assigned readings for that session.



• Participation: The purpose of any classroom is to facilitate intellectual interaction, not simply sterile lecture. Therefore, it is essential that the student accept the responsibility of participation. Everyone must be prepared to contribute to each discussion. Time will be reserved at the beginning of each class period for general discussion of any and all topics related to the subject of the course. 



• Presentations: Students in this class will be required to make presentations periodically throughout the course. The presentations will include testimonies of each student’s transformation, and others given in class by the instructor.
